      <image:caption>Since starting out on my fitness career in 2013, I have always been hungry for information and being a keen problem solver. Even before starting out in the fitness I always found myself hungry for knowledge in this field. Over the years in this industry I have been persistent with investing in my education through consistently up skilling myself whether that be attending courses all over the world with industry leaders to listening to podcasts, reading books, spending time with mentors in certain fields of health and fitness. Continuously up skilling myself allows me to implement the most effective strategies in my nutritional coaching and strength coaching arsenal.</image:caption>
